Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of trackforge.z2a.us, TrackForge, and related features, including music discovery, uploads, profiles, comments, playlists, albums, analytics, and creator tools. By using TrackForge, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use TrackForge. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
3. User content and ownership
You retain ownership of music, audio, artwork, text, profile information, comments, and other content you submit. By uploading or posting content, you grant TrackForge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, stream, distribute, transcode, and promote that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
4. Rights, permissions, and AI-assisted works
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required for content you upload, including any AI-assisted music, samples, vocals, prompts, lyrics, cover art, names, likenesses, or third-party materials. Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use TrackForge to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, harassing, exploitative, malware-related, spam, or abusive content. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service in a disruptive way, interfere with other users, impersonate others, or misuse platform features.
6. Moderation and enforcement
TrackForge may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts when we believe these Terms, law, rights, safety, or platform integrity require it. We may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, protect users, or operate the service.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on TrackForge infringes your rights, use the Copyright Center or contact the site operator with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
8. Monetization and analytics
Any monetization, promotional, analytics, or reporting features may be subject to additional eligibility rules, review, fraud prevention, rights checks, or payment terms. TrackForge may modify, suspend, or discontinue these features at any time.
9. Third-party services
TrackForge may link to or interoperate with third-party services. TrackForge is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, models, platforms, payment processors, or their terms and policies.
10. Service availability
TrackForge is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including storage, streaming, uploads, APIs, or account features.
11. Disclaimers
TrackForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free features, specific results, revenue, discovery, audience growth, or preservation of content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackForge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, business interruption, or unauthorized access arising from your use of the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using TrackForge at any time. TrackForge may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, infringe rights, or misuse the service. Some provisions, including rights, disclaimers, limitations, and enforcement terms, survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TrackForge after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
